Hello, I received my p1 on April 9th, p2 on April 30th, and Ecopr on May 3rd. My CIC account was also updated to approved and we downloaded our eCOPR. Today I received PR portal link again. It is not a photo update request, it is a completely new line asking for confirmation of being in Canada...

I got the same issue, but when I adjusted the photo based on their explanation (when you are uploading it asks to place your head in the middle of the circle...), then it did not show the dark/bright error.
