PR renewal card not received. Showing the status as submitted even after 60 days whereas my spouse received in 1 week and both applied at same time- mockcertified

PR Renewal Card Not Received
Me and my spouse sent an application for PR card renewal on the same day, i got mine in 1 week but my spouse hasn't received it even after 2 months. Is someone else in the same boat? No reply on the web form as well.- mockcertified
