Chinese applications always have background verification in progress from day 1 of application submission. Dont' know why.

I found that both TRV and PR require Background verification, but TRV's process is shorter and more urgent than PR's; thus, if a TRV application is submitted, the background verification will be done quicker, and then the PR process will speed up.
