I have seen those notes once my friend got rejection on tourist visa. No proper reasoning and nothing. Doesn't seems to be very helpful though.

We were thinking of doing that but its will take time. Lets see what our agents are going to suggest and then will go from there. Have you guys applied for the notes?

These processes are always very tiring and stresses out a lot too. I thought you did a fresh file this time after consulting the lawyer with explanation letter. We have also asked our agent to get our file verified by a lawyer and let us know. So we haven't submitted it yet. Will update once...

OMG I am so sorry. Is this second time or third time your file returned? And didn't you submitted fresh file this time?

Submitted on April 4 and returned today April 23rd. Returns after approx. 19 /20 days. When have you submitted your file the third time? If it's past 20 days then I think you are good. "Fingers crossed" These processes are way too stressful.

One more question: In your case did the sponsor receive the letter via email? In my case: We have filled out the process under my husband (Principal Applicant). So he receives an email stating there is an update made on your portal and I the sponsor received the letter via email separately...

Do you know any immigration website or anywhere its written or mentioned that CWB is not social assistance. As my immigration agent is adamant on opting that its a social assistance. Is he misleading me? and what if I proceed according to him, will this affect my case? thanks for your guidance
