They ask about basic details like application number, your personal details, contact details and yes when you contact them it appears on the tracker, but not in the GC key.

I just called them, and they said your application is in progress....when I asked in more detail....they told me that, eligibility is passed and criminality is also passed and only security check is pending......PVO Ottawa and SVO New Delhi Timeline ITA-20 Sept AOR- 28 October BIL+ MED- 17 Jan
