I saw official news by canada immigration that the pgwp cap which is that those studying in private public partnership colleges will not get pgwp if they enroll after sep 1 which is now changed to may 15th but i am starting on may 6th

So i got my visa for may term in gerogian@illac in toronto and my classes are starting on 6 may as per my offer letter, will i get pgwp even after announcement of 15th may pgwp cap? Does that affect me somehow after completion of my studies and getting pgwp. Thanks!

That's what i am asking It has nothing to do with me I will get visa maybe after or before but it will not affect me and I can't get rejected on basis of 31 March deadline?
