    Thank you for your quick response! So, at UPS, my friend can just directly tell the the staff it's *immigration documents* and they would just let it pass? My concern is since IRCC wouldn't allow a third person handles or mails the PR card, would the UPS staff intervene?

    I'm facing the same situation -- I'm in the U.S. but my card arrived at my friend's in Canada. May I ask how you prepared the package for mail? Do I need to directly put the PR card envelope in a UPS pak or buy a book or something then put the card inside?
