Anyone knows how long does it take from LPP to oath at Scarborough office?

Yes. Mine is paper application. However, my friend is paper application too. His office is Scarborough office also, got LPP 24 and scheduled for oath on Mar 4 as well. I really don't understand.

I just don't understand why people got LPP complete later than me but got oath scheduled before me.
