    Update: Walked in to CGI Toronto at 365 Bloor Street East #700 without any appointment. Told them about my situation and they printed the pcc right away. Would recommend you guys to try this.

    Hi everyone, please help: I am applying for PR under CEC and adding my common law partner to it. Should we attach the various proofs for common law partner to the Client Information section or combine it with the Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union form? Thank you!
