Update: Walked in to CGI Toronto at 365 Bloor Street East #700 without any appointment. Told them about my situation and they printed the pcc right away. Would recommend you guys to try this.

Mine has been available for issuance since January 2nd and no update since then. Should we take an appointment to visit the embassy or is walk in allowed?

We hadn't completed one year of cohabitation at the time of submitting PGWP. So I couldn't have declared as common law anyways. Hope this helps!
