Please I withdraw my claim and I got the acknowledgment and I also booked my flight only for them to tell me to wait for removal order and my flight is on 13th what do I do please I need help

Please I’m having an issue here I withdraw my claim and it has been withdrawn I got the notification and I also with to the CSBA office to do that which I booked my flight to return back home on 13th but they are saying I should wait for a removal order
