I would say, just wait for few months more, since normal process time is 14 months. But if you want to contact MP, you can reach out to their office and explain your situation, hope they will contact IRCC on behalf of you.

How did you found out that your application is non routine ? What is your application timeline ? My application also no movement from since Mid of July 2023, after Test and BG completed. Application submitted: April 20, 2023.
