I called IRCC earlier today and colour me surprised: LPP still not started

I have no updates since 27th February either (LPP pending) A friend of mine got the invite to the citizenship certificate portal yesterday, he submitted his application mid-nov 2023, his last update was background check on ~5 March.

I received my ATIP/GCMS notes that I requested on 10th February. Sadly they were generated a day before my background check was completed. I have the following in the notes but I doubt that it is still accurate as the background check completion would likely have moved the due date up Office...
