But why eligibility is after ircc request for passport? Shouldn't they do the eligibility 1st then passport if eligibility pass?

Eligibility has been reviewed update received after passport request on IRCC portal. after 7 days,. passport has been sent to embassy. Is this normal?

I know the Pilot ends in June, however the letter stated that and I quote here: "Intake for this category is scheduled to reopen in 2025, which means you may be able to reapply at that time". so I think It will reopen in 2025.

The letter stated the application number but no biometric was requested.

Someone told his brother that if just in case his brother visa refused then MP can issue a special permit because of the severeity of the situation which is to visit critically ill person, i am not sure if this is true or not. but good idea, i will tell him that. thanks
