Have you received a request now for you to go for your biometrics?

My dependent is more than one and I tried it. I copied the html from the field but it didn’t work. Am I doing it for all the dependents or just one?

So I did this and it worked but we cannot submit it that way because it means we are not giving the true information. I also noticed that the additional portion for extra information is missing. I had an LOE for my daughter’s old passport included in a seperate section but can’t find it anymore...

I don’t understand. In which section Under the personal details, please send a screen shot if you can to explain please.

Has a thing changed?

I am so thankful I’m not the only one. Literally almost threw away my laptop! It just keeps saying ‘in progress’ in the Personal details field and I am almost done with my uploads. I reported it and hoping they resolve it pretty soon.

Have you received yours? I also received on May 12. Did he or she send an email today after registering on the INB portal?
