same with me, until i read somewhere in this thread that for the no. of people-- i have to include ALL members including myself and my fam members here (so not just the people i am sponsoring). that's what i was doing wrong before. once i corrected that, boom! i was able to link it finally...

i would've qualified with LICO requirements if i got an invite in year 2021 instead of 2022..

i do agree with you. they even adjusted the LICO to reflect challenges with the pandemic. so chances are, i will really fail this bid. oh well..
