You have to call them and tell them u have passed the processing time, that's what I did and the next day my husband's work permit was approved

Same situation. My husband is already in Canada on a TRV, applied for his work permit(June 10th). Still nothing for PR or work permit. Processing office for PR is Accra, Ghana

It won't, just go ahead and submit your TRV and then go for the medicals
