I got the counterfoil on Tuesday (11th) Tracking activated - Yesterday PP received - Just now

Could be that Canada Post did not process it yesterday. Because I think they have to deliver it by next day in case of Xpresspost. You can definitely expect it to get activated by today, Mine is out for delivery, so should receive it in a few hours.

I found some info related to this. Apparently the guy who replied works in IRCC but cant confirm the source.

I think you will also get it by Friday or MAX Monday. If I remember correctly, your flight is on the 21st right? If you don't mind, what country you are travelling to? I am also thinking of booking for next week

Yeah, I also saw that. My counterfoil got updated on Tuesday, 11th April. Still waiting for the tracker to get activated.

You do not get a letter for the Counterfoil update. It will show under the sub-heading "Document" of "Document Status"

I dont think so you get an email. I tracked the ID and it showed delivered to ottawa on 4th and someone signed for it

Mine got delivered on 4th. From what I have seen in different groups regarding timelines, time taken is somewhere between 16-20 calendar days. I also want to travel but I am waiting to get the counterfoil update before booking the tickets. Let me know if you get any updates (I will do the same)...
