I filled out the 5257. I think 5708 is to remain in canada I might be wrong. Try calling IRCC to verify or email the MP as suggested. They provide you with more than what you can see on your profile.

Go to ourcommons.ca and search for the MP in your area using your postal code. Once you find it just look for an email address and write to them regarding your situation. They will contact IRCC on your behalf and provide you with their feedback

Hello all, any idea on what I need to do now that I know I have been approved but still not received PPR email after 15 days? I have sent webforms but nothing yet. I can’t get hold of IRCC on the phone. Is there anything else I can do?

Yes that could be it. I just received an email from the MP that my application was approved on the 13th of March the same day I received my correspondence letter but no PPR. Apparently a reminder has been sent to the processing office to issue the PPR but I’m not sure how long I have to wait ...

Hoping we both get some news this week. They need to be transparent with their processing times because it definitely doesn’t take 11 days.

Anyone knows how long it takes to actually get PPR after receiving the correspondence letter? Been waiting since 14th March and not sure what it could be since the IRCC agent confirmed I have passed eligibility and background checks. Does anyone know what could be the reason for the hold up?

Oh okay. My correspondence letter just stated the validity period of my biometrics. After that, no PPR yet so wanted to confirm if you also received it.

Oh okay…it’s been 10 days since eligibility review started for me …..even spoke with an IRCC agent yesterday and said I’ve passed eligibility. Not sure how long PPR will take .

Yes same timeline. I submitted 3rd March But I had eligibility review on the 13th. Did have you to redo biometrics? Has eligibility started for you? And are you on pgwp or study?
