Hi I have the same issue. I am unable to link my husband’s account. Have you resolved this? If opt in is not an option you can apply for the normal work permit and state in a letter that you’re applying under the public policy. That is what we plan on doing . Let me know if you’ve another option

Processing time just changed from 13 days to 12 days but it looks like not many people get it within this time. So why do they not show the actual processing time?

I think its a normal delay from their system. Give it 24 hours. It should come. If not, just report it as a technical issue at the bottom of the portal or through webform and it will be rectified

You are currently on implied status and it is recommended to stay in Canada till your extension is approved. Once you leave before a final decision is made you are likely to lose your status. It’s best to stay in the country and wait for the final outcome.
