Hi Experts My frd is on open work permit and current has 2 full time jobs one is 30 hrs and another is 37 hrs - one employer is willing to sponsor for PR - so the question is can my frd work for both the companies as it is open work permit - please advice

@CanGoldDigger - Thanks for the response. Just one more question 1 employer is ready to sponsor the PNP and this new employer is not sponsoring but provided a job so still my friend can work for both employers right

If anyone is on open work permit --Can they work for 2 employers ? --Any restrictions on type of organizations to work

Thanks for the response, yes my employer has submitted my profile and the draw happened in Jan 2024 and after that no draw in this category - so was thinking can we expect soon ? and my NOC code is 21221

Hi Experts, One clarification - How the NOC codes are decided for the OINP draws specially for Tech Draws - is it based on the applications they have for Noc codes or they choose the NOC codes for the OINP draws and also in a year how many times we can expect Tech draws for Non Express entry.

Hi Experts, Please advise on the OINP Employer Offer Tech Draw frequency and also chances for NOC code 21221 with 62 points. They picked this NOC in Jan 2024 so how we can know that this NOC code will be there in Feb and subsequent months. And the score at present mine is 62.
