Decision made and LPP April 15th. Vancouver office. People from Jan 2023 are getting oath from Vancouver office already, non-urgent. So someone there is working just not on what they should be?

my timeline is pretty much exact to yours. My aor was Nov 16. Test taken Feb 25th (complete Feb 27) and LPP completed April 13th. I’m hoping I hear something soon for Oath! Same office too
