I had a similar situation, they asked for an additional document, I had to mail the hardcopy to them as they have some concern on the softcopy uploaded. After 3-5 days they update prohibitions to completed.

I have the same issue @rizmustafa. i emailed RCMP , got the generic reply its still under process. i called IRCC, they said the file is not yet reached them from RCMP.

What I understood is different office works at different pace. Since the strike is ongoing now chances are it might be delayed more My BG has been stuck for almost 2 months now, not sure what the issue is. Patience is the key so waiting.

Don't worry, I will say give it a couple of days more. You have the confirmation email with your temporary result right? You can also call IRCC to check if they got the result.
