Hmm, lets see. The certificate has been issues for like 3 weeks its just sitting at the consulate as per the status. but 8 weeks its just too much. I mean the whole process takes about 5-6 months now based on the comments then its just insane.

No I havent, it will take 2-4 months before i get the final notice to appear and that is the one you dont have an option to miss.

I am not worried about passport process. I am only worried about not getting e-certificate in time. Some mentioned few hours to few days. and its bit risky. Also, unfortunately, cant change my flights. I sent them an email so just waiting for them to reply now.
