    Nope, no interview again. They update your information on their system and charge you $25 for the new card. You’ll receive your new card by mail.

    @A_S If you have a couple of hours to spare, you could drive to the Enrollment Center at Niagara Falls, NY and get it done. This seems to be the easiest option, albeit a little time-consuming. EDIT: No appointment required
