yes you can enter canada via road,My wife have same situation last year and she land at Detroit USA and we pick her from Detroit airport and she cross border and enter through windsor border without any problem

Submit photo and address on dec22,2022 and Got ECOPR today on jan 19.2023 .But photo is removed from portal and after refresh start showing again on portal

Someone just told me to send reply back to that email where we send our details for PR confirmation.I just send email that i didnt receive COPR and waiting for response

File submitted on August 1 August 10 AOR Aug 11 Medical and Biometrics Aug 29 biometrics updated Sep 15 medical updated Oct 5 background check completed Dec 20 PR confirmation req DEC 22 PR portal req and upload photo same day COPR :- pending PR card :- Pending

I have same timeline and i am also still waiting for Ecopr
