I have received both portal 1 & 2 recently but in tracker it still shows updated March 20th, 2023. I think that date doesn’t matter. Check your application history in the tracker, that will show you the most recent update if there any.

Yes I am. I am not sure how they take and handle different applications but one thing is clear they aren’t consistent. I really hope you and everyone else will get your positive results very soon.

Thanks. Just received Portal 2 email and already submitted my address and picture. Surprisingly they are working pretty fast on my application. I hope they work in the same pace for everyone else.

Thank you ! I just checked my tracker and it shows my background check completed and I can see my COPR number and expiry date but eligibility not started. However in GCkey it shows background check in processing and no additional documents needed. Maybe they are yet to update in the gckey portal.

First of all, congratulations on your COPR. I just checked my tracker it shows my background check completed and in documents status I see my COPR number and expiry date but eligibility not started. However, in my GC key portal it still shows background check in processing. Why is that any idea ?
