CEC Inland, through the ATIP portal, previously I selected from IRCC but it took them 3 months to respond (requested in July, received late September). Applied again through CBSA on Oct 27 and received Nov 22.

I just got a ghost update and medicals passed again today, AOR Oct 1st but this thread seems more active. I saw a couple of posts that people get portal email after medical passed a second time, so fingers crossed!
