Do you know if one can leave Canada AFTER the approval notification is received but BEFORE receiving the work permit by mail? Assuming you already have a valid TRV of course. I have very delicate family situation back in my country and I need to travel very urgently, and I've read some cases...

Just for curiosity, where are you located? I'm just asking since the Work Permit was mailed really fast to you. My Eligibility Review started yesterday but I haven't received any more updates. I really need the Work Permit in my hands since I need to travel back to my country very urgently.
