Hi. It’s colombo-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca. But trust me it’s no use. They send a very standard response saying our application is in progress and they will contact us if there is any update.

Exactly. I’ve heard we get ghost updates every time they view our application. Not sure though

yeah it’s highly frustrating because most of the people who applied the same time as I did are already with their spouses. Colombo VO is very slow in that sense. Actually my consultant track my application for me so I don’t hear from her otherwise it’s a real update

The last update I got was on Sep 8th 2022 saying my medical is completed. Waiting since then.

Yea totally. I can’t understand what’s taking this long. I’ll be surprised if we get an update by January as well

I am really not sure about that now. Some say after 3 months from medical, the PPR should come but clearly it's not happening :'

Hi @R210two, I submitted my application on 6th May 2022 online and my medical was completed on 8th September 2022. But, I haven't heard anything from the Colombo VO yet. Are you sure some April and May applicants have received ppr already?
