Hello guys. In my tracker I have everything as completed except Background Verification. But in Gckey, eligibility still shows its being processed even though eligibility is completed in Tracker. Does this mean anything please?

Hello guys, I am FSW Inland. I checked the tracker yesterday night and it showed eligibility "not started". Then I checked again this morning and it shows eligibility "completed". Is this normal please? Can eligibility just jump from "not started" to "completed" overnight?
