Technically Medical is valid for 1 year. In your case it has already been 9 months so just get it done. if it is only 2-3 months I would suggest to raise webform informing you have done medical recently. Hope this helps.

Does any one know what is Submissions? I got letter to provide below documents. PCC from India RCMP Criminal record Canada Biometric Submissions. I am not sure what they mean by Submissions.

My file is also transferred to Vancouver. Either Vancouver office is dealing PGP applications with different approach or they are super busy. I have also not received anything after approval letter stating it is transferred to Vancouver 2 months ago.

No update so far.
