Just received my citizenship certificate in the mail (my oath was on May 13th). Tracker now shows my application is closed, so I will be signing out forever now. Thanks to all of you who provided useful advice and words of encouragement. To all of you still in the process: don't despair...

The same thing happened to me. I called IRCC and the agent told me that May 13 is the correct date.

Yeah same here...I assume this ghost update is because of the website migration rather than an officer opening the case file

Yeah same here....I submitted my application on Apr 27th 2022. I assume this update is from the automated migration rather than an actual officer looking at the case file.

I was referring to the online portal https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca perhaps its not called ECAS (I was under the impression that it was). What I meant to say is that in there the status shows as in progress.
