Hi, Applied for citizenship in nov2020. Test done and update completed on dec 28 2021. Since then no more advancement. All fields on my application is showing "completed" as of january 04 2022. CITIZENSHIP NOT STARTED. i am with ottawa office. Sent a online enquiry but nothing solid reply...
