I got my renewed PR card in the mail yesterday. Submitted online on March 28th. No update on the portal at all (Still shows as submitted). Wasn't able to connect to GCkey or check with ECAS. No idea how IRCC works, but hey, I am not complaining :D.

It is a bug in their system. It shows up as Sao Paulo for everyone it seems like on the tracker. Mine was the same. I would say ignore that. The email notification you get from them correctly states it as NYC.

Just got a notification that my passport was dispatched to VFS by IRCC. Hoping that VFS dispatches it via FedEx by tomorrow.

Got it. I just got the email stating that IRCC has dispatched the passport to VFS. Did you get your FedEx tracking from VFS today?

Any update on your passport?

The counterfoil information shows up at the bottom of the application tracker on the GC Key portal. Once the counterfoil is generated the application status changes to approved. I had that happen yesterday for me, but the passport wasn't dispatched back to VFS today.

And got to VFS on 24th?
