Application sent off for my husband February 4, 2015. Hopefully it will go as smoothly as the permanent residence. Three years has gone by quickly! We only sent off the documents they asked for. I don't understand why people are sending all that extra stuff like T4's and bills...

My husband just passed the listening/speaking test. He used the study guide and the online practice tests. I also wrote up some questions that were similar to the speaking questions. I think this helped a lot.

Thanks for the advice! My husband heard about being able to hear the other speakers so he was really worried about it. He's such a perfectionist and I know he wants to show how well he speaks. But frankly I think I would have a hard time coming up with answers in only a minute myself.
