I received AOR and PPR by email, but when they lost the RPRF and requested it be paid (even though I had already paid it), it was by snail mail. then it got lost in the mail + postal strike, and ended up delaying us months.

yes, I realize. I am driving there tomorrow (all day) to spend the night Monday night, to go to the consulate Tuesday morning.

FYI, the header of my PPR email showed: File: B********* Electronic file: F********* so, there you go. B # is original file #, F # means they have an electronic version made. maybe they scan in the primary portions or something.
