My application is being processed in Vancouver. Anyone know how to help?

I received an email confirming that my work permit was sent out on the 8th of February but have not yet received it. How can I contact IRCC to ask about it? I've tried the to find the contact online or use the web form but nothing is working. Any help is appreciated.

I could not get a lawyer in time and had to fill in the form myself but I was a day late in submitting it. Do they notify you if it is late?

Okay, thanks for the reply. Will I be able to apply to finish the degree later on? I've also applied for a PR.

Hey, I've been studying for a degree in Canada for about 3yrs now and I've learnt that I can graduate early with a diploma and then apply for a work permit while I continue studying for the degree. Is this advisable or should I just finish the degree?
