Has anyone applied with 2 Duis, or more than 1 of something similar? Wondering if all they really care about is 5 years have passed or if i should wait longer as to not waste my time.

Has anyone been approved with 2 DUIs for rehabiliatation? Any idea if they will want to see more than 5 years of time since the sentense ended or if all they will care about is that the mandatory minimum 5 years expired? I'm just curious to see what others experiences are and any insight would...
