I did the same 3 days back but no luck for me.

Jpg and Jpeg is same format technically. There should no issues with it but like harsha said, they will get back if jpeg format is required.

Seems like OSC VLU is quite behind with sending eCOPR and PR Cards. I see other VOs giving eCOPR and PR cards sooner than VLU, just my observation. Any thoughts?

They do it, even in our case - my mom got the email and dad didnt even though he is primary applicant. Just respond to it to get a single email account created and they will link both cases (you & your wife's) to that

Congrats, please could you share the format you used for followup on email? what method of followup worked for you?

I see few folks getting pr cards in 3 weeks after portal email. Any idea how to contact and communicate some urgency to request to them?

One question: I saw status changed to DM 2 days back. Does that mean eCOPR is coming in a day or two in portal? any experience from anyone?

Yes same for me. I submitted docs on Oct 8th and waiting for eCOPR
