Hello Everyone I want to clarify one thing . Does Punjabi University Patiala write IQAS file number on transcript or somewhere else so that officials at IQAS should know to which file number the transcript belongs?

Hello everyone.. I have applied for ECA through IQAS. I have done Masters Of Arts in English. On IQAS website it is written that only assess your highest degree. So I have sent only Masters to IQAS. Is it enough or should I sent Bachelors for assessment?
