    hubby arrived safely on friday... immigration was a breeze... he was asked to sign the COPR and they asked him a few simple questions like date of wedding, who all attended.. etc. It was a easy process he was out in 10 mins. dnt.. just one more day :) keep us updated!

    pretty impressed.. you're close with the dates - they sent it on apr 7 and he got in on may 2.... I'm sure IPS rises to the occassion.. its just that I didn't have a good experience

    I just wanted to say the ppr was sent at the beginning of the month and he got it at the beginning of the NEXT month... didn't want IPS to get unnecessary credit ;) lol..

    For us, it showed In Process before we received the ppr also... but actually the PPR had been mailed out ( prior to the date) ecas updated to In Process it was just that he never received it thanks to IPS. So DNT, for all we can guess a PPR is on its way. But like others said, do contact your MP...

    I know when my husband exited India he DID NOT have to show his old passports... but if you do have them with you it's a good idea to carry them with you. Of course I'm not even sure if its a rule you have to have them.. as things vary from city to city and mainly the person you're dealing with...
