I’m a Aug 2019 applicant. I took the test outside Canada. And I am outside Canada now. My portal has everything ready except oath since Sep 26. I plan to come back once they arrange me for the oath. I wait for the call from CIC Mississauga be because I have a friend from Vancouver did the same...

2 weeks passed, cannot link yet. :( Once it is linked, how long will the process time take? Still 2 months or shorter?
