anyone know how to upload the text file with the photographers information? I have created and to no avail - it wont let you select it for upload as its not a supported file type.. bit ridiculous and holding up the whole process for me

I dont have a receipt and the online uploader wont let me upload a text file, if I send a PDF with the photographers info would this pass? Ridiculous that they demand a text file yet their upload doesn't support it...

what did you provide them? did you find the recipe? I have the info but it wont allow an upload of the text file.. was thinking jsut sending in a image also of the back of the photograph but worried they will send it back depending text file or receipt... infuriating as this is th 3rd time for...

Did you ever have any luck with the text file? i only have a Mac (not that it should matter) and yet the uploader will not allow me to upload the text file... everything else but...
