I had the same issue but when they stamped my wife’s passport in India they started the processing of my pr card. Everything updated in gckey on same day. My address was also accepted on that day.Don’t worry about the photo. I got my pr card within 10 days. Hope this information will help you

Sorry, I just checked your message. I do not remember that I sent any webform. I think, I just replied the portal request. Everything was fine after that, and I got everything, my pr card as well and wife got her COPR and she will be in Canada next month. Best of luck to you and everyone

Just a day before I got the portal request and ppr, My wife applied her SOWP. Next day, We got the golden emails. Now. We raised the webform to withdraw that application.
