I don't think it's an issue they can see ur Biometrics using ur UCI and worst to worst they will send u a request to pay the bio fee and do bio, but I highly doubt this will happen as ghwy can see ur Biometrics validity with your UCI

I think people can apply AIPP online now through the permanent residence portal https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login I have applied through this portal yesterday Please advise of any update and we can link up to see how it goes. Thanks
