Why are they delaying the credential email?

I received my first Portal email on Wednesday evening and I replied to it on the same day but so far I haven’t received portal credentials. They even sent me a reminder email today morning even though I have replied to the first email. Any idea what’s going on?

It contain instructions to do virtual landing. I have to reply them back with details so that they can create portal login credentials for me to upload my photo and confirm the address to which my PR card will be mailed

I got the email at 7:56 pm yesterday.

Great! Congrats. I believe that GC account gets updated once you get the CoPR.
