I ordered GCMS notes twice.. eligibility status was "Recommend Interview". You told the agent you are in Canada? What you told him when he asked for your home address for verification?

When you call ircc, they will help you only if your application is being processed in Canada. I called them, they told me to call Abu Dhabi office. and you don't have to pretend, tell the truth "you are calling from outside Canada using a virtual number" but they never ask you how you call them...
