Guys, Please keep us posted of next steps. How long it took from printed to reach at home. Mine is still print initiated and I have travel at 28th Feb so getting worried now.

No did not went to CGI. I am yet to receive PCC. Status updated to "PCC is printed" from "available for issuance"

Walk-in are tough. You will have to stay in-line from early morning in queue. I applied for my passport renewal at BLS Toronto via walk-in. I was in-line since 4 am in the morning and got at the counter at 3 pm. But they do offer adjustment depending on the traffic.
