Has your friend gave biometrics already?

Can anyone tell me if I had to give my biometrics in India if I had to stamp my passport in India in spite of getting a passport request letter from Canada?

But will that make any difference by waiting for the passport request letter cause it's anyhow going to be sent electronically to the mycic account only right?

Thanks for your reply. Should I have a job offer ready if I had to return to Canada in spite of having a valid work permit till September 2023?

Hi. I applied and got my Post Graduate Work Permit by September 2020. I'm currently residing in Canada and have recently applied for my Temporary Resident Visa(TRV) as it got expired. So, I'm hoping if I could go home(India) and get my condition treated as it's getting severe day by day. Also...
