COPR is not a travel document. You can go to India even without COPR but In order to return to Canada you need a PR card or Travel visa. I suggest you should wait till you get your PR card.

just write that you just need to confirm Give ref of COPR and print queue # from GCMS. Inquire to make sure that you have not missed any communication from IRCC as it has been over 5 months since the file was approved per GCMS

I suggest you to write an email to your secondary visa office. In my case it was Etobicoke.

My application was approved on 8th Oct, 2020 and I can also see my COPR number. May 11 Aor. Did you talk to IRCC , what did they say..?
